The Food Pantry At First Baptist Church
Will Be Open 8:00-9:30am on Saturdays
As A Drive-Thru Pick Up Only

During the COVID-19 Pandemic We Want To Continue To Meet Needs By Providing Supplemental Groceries and Prayer to Families in our Community, But We Also Want Everyone To Be Safe.
You Can Help Us Do This In Several Ways:

CLIENTS:

Do Not Arrive Early:
There is no need to line up outside the door, we have plenty of food. Also only workers are allowed inside the building at this time so there is no access to restrooms.

Stay In Your Cars:
We will bring your food out to you and have prayer with you there at your vehicle. Please be patient with us as it may take us a few minutes to distribute everyone’s food, but we will get to you.

Please Do Not Come If You Are Sick:
If you are sick please send a family member or friend who has not had personal contact with you to pick up food for you.

SERVING:

If you are a FBCM Member and would like to help to serve in the food pantry ministry we ask that you arrive at 7:45am and be prepared to stay until 9:30am. We ask all workers to wear masks and sanitize their hands frequently during distribution. On Saturdays we need help carrying groceries to cars, directing traffic and checking clients in and serving as prayer partners. During the week we need help unloading the delivery trucks and bagging up groceries for Saturday. If you can help in any of these ways even if it is just once a month or once in a while contact the church office at misty@fbcmadisonville.org or 423-442-4544.

DONATIONS:

Our Food Pantry Operates On Financial Donations! We serve 75-100 families each week with supplemental groceries and prayer and we could use your help! If you would like to give to support this ministry you can drop a check off in our church office drop box or you can give online here. Just remember to mark your check or online gift for “Food Pantry” in the for blank.
