First Baptist Church Madisonville, TN is a friendly Southern Baptist Church with an average attendance of 325, located in Monroe County, TN. We have a blended worship style with hymns and contemporary praise songs, sanctuary choir, worship band and praise team.
We are a rural church situated between Knoxville and Chattanooga, 15 miles from interstate 75. We are surrounded by lakes, rivers and the Great Smoky Mountains. FBC Madisonville offers a small town church environment, while providing engaging programs and activities for all ages.
Our purpose at FBC Madisonville is to Make Disciples Who Love God, Love People and Follow Jesus. We do that by helping people Connect to God and each other, Learn Jesus’ teachings and way of life, Worship God on Sunday and every day, and Serve others by meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
Our staff includes: full-time Pastor, Administrative Assistant, Children’s Pastor, Youth Pastor, Child Care Director and Custodian. We also have a part-time Associate Pastor. This position is for a full-time Worship Pastor (Music Minister) who will be directly responsible for leading our blended worship services at FBCM including choirs, worship band and praise team.
