Childcare Director Search

Full-Time Childcare Director

We are looking for a Full-Time Childcare Director to run our church’s daycare. Salary package will range between $37,000 – $45,000 depending on candidate’s experience and education, with some benefits at employee’s expense. Send resume to chris@fbcmadisonville.org.

Our Childcare Center operates year round with 15-20 employees and children infant-5 yrs old. To qualify, applicant must have High School diploma with 4 years full-time work experience with children in group setting or College degree with 1 year experiences and 30 hour TECTA Training will be required.  Currently our Childcare Center is open Monday – Friday 7:00am-5:30pm. We follow Monroe County School System schedule for most breaks (except summer) and weather related issues.
